SonicKart provides hyperlocal delivery services in specific operating zones. We currently do not ship internationally or outside our designated service areas. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pin code in the app.

Order Processing :

All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. Our system automatically assigns the nearest available delivery partner to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Delivery Timelines:

  • We strive to deliver your order in 10 to 45 minutes depending on your location and order size.

  • Standard Delivery: Usually within 10–30 minutes.

  • Peak Hours: Delivery times may extend up to 60 minutes during high demand, rain, or traffic conditions.

  • The estimated delivery time will be displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm your order.

Shipping Costs:

  • Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery fee may be applicable based on your order value and distance. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Surge Fee: During peak demand or bad weather, a surge fee may be applied to prioritize your order.

  • Free Delivery: We may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value, as mentioned in the app.

Delays:

SonicKart is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rains, traffic jams, strikes, or natural calamities. In such cases, we will keep you updated via the app notifications. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing from your order, please report it via the app within 15 minutes of delivery. We will verify the issue and process a refund or replacement accordingly.
