Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations:

  • User Cancellations: You can cancel your delivery request at any time before the driver has reached the pickup location.

  • Late Cancellations: Once the driver has picked up the package, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to vendor-specific policies and the status of the order, in accordance with applicable laws.

Refunds:

  • Eligible Refunds: If a cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode agreed with the user.

Failed Deliveries:

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the recipient is unavailable, no refund will be issued for the delivery fee.
